Chính sách bảo mật mô tả cách thức Ress thu thập và xử lý các thông tin cá nhân khi người dùng Ress sử dụng dịch vụ của Ress. Người dùng Ress đồng ý sử dụng dịch vụ của Ress có nghĩa là người dùng Ress hoàn toàn đồng ý với các nội dung trong Chính sách bảo mật này. To fully utilize the features of Ress software applications, users need to register as members and provide their personal information. The information Ress requires users to provide includes but is not limited to the following about Ress users:

Ress bảo vệ và lưu giữ thông tin cá nhân của người dùng Ress như thế nào?

How does Ress protect and retain users’ personal information?

Ress stores and processes users’ personal information on its servers, protecting it with physical and electronic security measures, including firewalls, data encryption, and procedures according to information security laws. Ress enforces physical access controls to information and only allows access to personal information for employees who need it to fulfill their duties within Ress’s system.

All customer data will still be stored on Ress’s system for 06 months from the termination of the software supply contract or from the date the customer stops using Ress’s software on the mobile application. After 6 months, customer data will no longer be stored on Ress’s system.

When will users’ information be retained in Ress’s system?

Information of Ress users will be retained on Ress’s system in the following common cases:

(a) When Ress users register and/or use Ress’s services, or open an account with Ress.
(b) When Ress users submit any forms, including but not limited to application forms or other forms related to Ress’s products and services, whether online or in physical form.
(c) When Ress users sign any agreements or provide any other documents or information related to their interactions with Ress or when using Ress’s products and services.
(d) When Ress users interact with Ress, such as through phone calls (which may be recorded), letters, faxes, face-to-face meetings, social media, and emails.
(e) When Ress users use electronic services or interact with Ress through Ress’s Platform or use services on Ress’s Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, Ress deploying cookies when users interact with Ress’s applications or Platform.
(f) When Ress users conduct transactions through Ress’s Platform or Services;
(g) When Ress users send feedback or complaints to Ress;
(h) When Ress users provide their personal data to Ress for any reason;
(i) Other cases that Ress deems necessary and compliant with legal regulations.

What is the purpose of retaining users’ information on the website?

What should Ress users do to secure their information?

After completing the handover of products and services, Ress users are the sole entity responsible for safely managing identifying information, administrative accounts, passwords, website content, or other information related to their accounts and websites. Ress users can log in to their accounts to edit information, have the right to request Ress to check, update, adjust, or cancel their personal information registered with Ress. Ress will check, update, adjust, and cancel Ress users’ personal information upon request or provide information subjects with tools to self-check, update, and adjust their personal information. Ress only supports Ress users through the account provided by Ress users. Ress users should immediately notify Ress when detecting any unauthorized access using their account or security vulnerabilities, including loss, theft, or disclosure of password and other security information, to be supported.

Ress users are responsible for the content of listings sent from their accounts and the content on their accounts. When Ress users provide an email and register for a trial, it means Ress users agree to receive email marketing from Ress.

Ress users using Ress’s Website/App must be responsible for safely managing and securing the devices using the software, installing Ress’s Applications within their control and safety, and storing access information in a safe place to avoid the case of account theft and/or misuse for unsafe purposes for both Ress users and Ress. Ress recommends that Ress users change their passwords promptly after providing passwords to relevant parties for support purposes.

Ress will not be responsible for any unauthorized intrusion by third parties into users’ applications due to Ress users’ negligence.

Who or what organizations are allowed to access users’ information?

Ress commits not to provide Ress users’ personal information to any third parties. However, other individuals or organizations may access users’ information in some of the following cases:

Ress is authorized by Ress users to disclose this information
Third parties authorized or permitted by Ress users have requested Ress to provide their personal information; authorization or permission must be expressed in a notarized, authenticated document
